She has previously worked on a range of complex transactional matters, including M&A transactions, venture capital and private equity investments, as well as general corporate advisory work for multinational clients and corporate restructurings at the Budapest office of a London-based international law firm. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating transactional and corporate documents and coordinating multi-jurisdictional workstreams. She takes a practical and commercially focused approach to legal advice.
Eszter qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2025 and is admitted as an Attorney at Law (Hungary) since 2020.
