Nina Thomson

Nina is Guernsey born and educated having studied at Ladies College and worked as an estate agent before becoming a conveyancer in 2006. Nina has over nineteen years’ experience as a conveyancer and specialises in all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, agreements, boundary rectifications, rights and servitudes, property development schedules and bond preparation. Nina works closely with clients, estate agents, lending banks and other law firms and undertakes research of title documents, site visits, advising on title, drafting of conveyances, agreements and exchanges between the respective parties. When not in work Nina enjoys painting using various art techniques, dancing, walking and spending time with her family and friends.
