Simon Jarvis
Before joining AFR, Simon acted for a number of the top 20 national housebuilders in the UK as well as registered providers of affordable housing. Simon specialised in setting up residential developments (following acquisition) in readiness for plot sales and shared ownership leasehold sales by drafting transfers, leases, contracts and assisting his clients with other ancillary work such as transfers of managed land/public open space, lease extensions, deeds of variation, management agreements and freehold reversion agreements. He would also supervise the plot sales teams.
Simon enjoys providing his clients with well-defined and succinct legal advice in their property matters, helping them achieve their desired outcomes.
